Oxygen Electronics Acquires Volume France

English: In August of 2006 Oxygen Electronics LLC acquired the assets of the French Independent Distributor, Volume (A.V.E.) France. This acquisition represents the largest acquisition of inventory that Oxygen Electronics LLC has done in it’s twelve year history and when the inventory identification process is complete, it will push Oxygen Electronics inventory to more than 50,000 different items.

In doing this acquisition Oxygen Electronics LLC was forced to open a second warehouse in Branford, CT to accommodate this increase in physical inventory. While this location’s primary function is to identify and house physical inventory, it was designed to replicate the unique Oxygen process in place in White Plains, NY and can serve as a redundant fulfillment location improving Oxygen’s business continuity planning. A cause de ce rachat, Oxygen Electronics a du investir dans un nouvel entrepôt a Branford Connecticut. Un nouveau service d’identification a été copie sur le procédé déjà bien rodé de l’autre établissement de White Plains NY.
