Oxygen Electronics LLC obtains ISO 9002 Certification to better serve the needs of its US and European customer base.

Guilford, CT - December 20th 2000 - Oxygen Electronics LLC announces they have obtained ISO 9002 Certification through TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc.In 1987, five documents were published by the International Organization for Standardization in Geneva. ISO 9002, Quality Systems-Model for Quality Assurance in Production, Installation and Servicing was one of these documents. Although there are 20 elements to ISO 9002, the five key elements are management responsibility, the quality systems, corrective and preventive action and internal quality audits. The ISO certification provides our customers with the confidence that our business management system is compliant and implemented to ISO 9002 standards committed to maintain and demonstrate continuous improvements and effectiveness. With this certification, Oxygen Electronics LLC has established a proven quality system for the provision of global e-procurement and independent distribution services of electronic components for the military, aerospace, telecommunications, and EMS industries.
