Oxygen Electronics LLC moves from New Haven, CT to Guilford, CT in response to explosive growth.

White Plains, NY - November 8th 2000 - Oxygen Electronics LLC announces moving its corporate headquarters from New Haven, CT to "Concept Park" in Guilford, CT. Didier Bachaumard, co-founder of Oxygen Electronics will be responsible for the handling all of the accounting, quality, shipping, receiving, IT, and inventory functions. Responsibility for Strategic Sales will be split between the "Concept Park" location and the White Plains location. The staff expansion required to efficiently traffic revenue growth of more than 400% and increasing client quality requirements provided the impetus behind this relocation.Oxygen Electronics, a leading independent distributor of electronic components and provider of e-commerce business tools, is highly dependent on access to the Internet. "Our original decision to locate in downtown New Haven was largely based on accessibility to high-speed Internet connections due to the proximity to Yale University," commented Mark Pasdon, co-founder of Oxygen Electronics. "As the telecom availability has changed in the past 5 years we found ourselves searching for a space which could accommodate our increased shipping and quality needs.
